Starting the game in safe mode (via it's launcher option, not windows safe mode) I verified game file integrity, which while removing the error causing the crash dump files to create, has simply move it to a new generic error which gives no crash file.

I have tried reinstalling the game AFTER the fresh install with no effect. I've gone through two errors, one which makes a crash log, one which does not (both posted below). Fresh install of the game, but it instantly crashes when trying to launch the game.
